Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Babies Rus! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of baby clothing. Please read our return and refund policy below to understand our process.

1. Return Time Frame
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days to be eligible for a return.
2. Return Eligibility
All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in new condition.
Items must have their original tags attached and be in the original packaging (if applicable).
Personalized or custom items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged.
3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once your return is received and processed.
Refunds will be for the purchase price of the product only; shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please allow 7–10 business days after the return is received for the refund to be processed.


4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order.

5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened diapers, pacifiers, and similar products are non-returnable.
Sale, clearance, or seasonal items may be final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.


6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with clear photos of the damage or defect.
We will arrange for a full refund or replacement and cover return shipping for damaged items.


7. Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or there was an error in fulfilling your order.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


8. How to Return an Item
Step 1: Please contact us at umarnasir786.un@gmail.com to initiate a return and receive instructions.
Step 2: Once approved, please securely pack your item(s) with the original packaging and include your order receipt or proof of purchase.
Step 3: Ship the item back to the address we provide. You may want to use a trackable shipping service for your return.


9. Gift Returns
If the item was a gift, the recipient can return it following the standard return process. Store credit will be issued to the original purchaser unless otherwise agreed upon.
